If you were hoping to get some Valentine's cards and receive them before the day itself, I would recommend placing your order as soon as possible! It usually takes me a couple days to get stuff packed and shipped, so the sooner you order, the better your chances. I don't control the Post Office (yet) so I can't really guarantee anything, ever.
