#267; In which Prognostication occurs

Thanks for all your submissions to scraps of crap, and please, keep 'em coming! I'm not able to run everything, but selected submissions will begin appearing next week, along with more of my own drawings. Also if you didn't see my re-edit of Bush's recent speech you should check it out because this is the sort of thing I do when I am bored at work.

Additionally! If you are like me and think that kids' programming should be enthusastic and imaginative, hopefully you will like this amazing cartoon.

I also thought that this short was so stupid it's brilliant. Which, in the end, is really all that any of us can hope for!
